Final production logo

I have carried out some research on which logo would be better and this is the logo that has been chosen. This is my results: Leopard= 6

Bee= 12

Mouse= 4

Giraffe= 8

This production logo will be shown at the start of my trailer, it will be animated to show the bee moving across the screen reveling the letter and then the full word. I have done this to make it look more professional for my trailer. Some of the reasons given for choosing this logo is because its simple and effective, also that the writing is clearer and easier to read than the others.

Production Logo

I have chosen several different logos to put at the start of my trailer to make it look more professional. My logos are Purple Monkey productions, Flying Giraffe productions, Hairy Leopard productions and Golden Bee productions. I have yet to choose which logo I will be using at the start of my trailer. I will do some research by asking people which logo they prefer and why.

The Grange

This is another location that I have chosen, is the Grange becuase again it has a lake and a really good woodland area, which again would have idea shots for me to use. The use of the lake is to create a scene and is good to use as a back drop in my trailer. By using the woodland area, it would create a spooky feeling and again would be good to create a scene.

Knypersley pool

This is one of locations that have chosen, one of the reasons that I chose it was because it has a lake in the background and this would set the scene better. The other picture is of the lake at night, which looks quite spooky. Other reasons why i have chosen this location is because I know where it is and I know my way around. Also it has idea shots that would fit well into my trailer.

Locations

I have chosen two different locations these being The Grange and Knypersley pool, these two location are good because they have a unique setting, therefore this would be good to film a camping scene, and others. The trees surrounding the area give it more of a spooky feeling.

The Grange is good because it has a really good woodland area, a large lake, and other areas which are unique to the area. Knypersley pool is also good because it has lots of different offtrack walks, a small stream with a waterfall also an old castle which is good to film at because its can be quite spooky at night.

These are the two locations that I have chosen because they have spooky places that are idea for my film.

Green Screen

This is what will be used at the start of my trailer, because it make it look more like a real trailer, and therefore more professional.

Ideas

After looking at different trailers and analysing them I now have a rough idea of what I want my film trailer to be about and what I want it to look like.

Basic Storyline: Camping in a wood, with a group of friends. The wood is haunted by a ghost which maybe a young girl. The girl tries to warn them about camping in the wood.

Soundtracl/Sounds: Drum banging,

The Human centipede DVD cover

The DVD cover is different from the poster because it shows a clip from the film. This cover isn't an actual part of the film, which is odd because most DVD covers show a part from film. This image gives a little clue of what the film is about, becuase it looks like a centipede with one body a lots of arms, but this is quite deseving becuase it infact three people joined together. The little writting at the bottom of the title says 'first sequence' this shows that there is another film due to be reliesed, this makes people wonder what the next one is going to be like and so makes people want to watch the first one. 'Their flesh is his fantasy' this slogen makes you wonder what is going to happen in this film, and why thier flesh is his fantasy.

The Human Centipede Poster

The poster shows is clips from the film, this makes it easier to relate to. The slogans '100% medically accurate' makes it sound more like a documentary then a film. The image of the man shows that he his the boss and bigger than everyone else, this is linked to the film because he's the Dr who preforms the surgery. The images on the poster show the most gruesome parts of the film, which are when they are tied together, the poster as a whole is qquite disturbing,like the film
trailer because he doesn't look right from the start and this confirms our suspicions.
